Sue Yang is a widely-traveled photographer who has had her wedding work featured in magazines such as Inside Weddings, New York Bride Magazine, Hola! and People. Her musical portraits have been featured on the covers of Pianist Magazine, Strad Magazine in the UK, Archi in Italy, several Grammy-nominated albums, Der Spiegel, and concert programs in many of the preeminent orchestras around the world.

A graduate of Duke University and Columbia University, Sue is pursuing her love of photography and music, leaving behind a well-published career in medical research.

As a photographer, Sue has the mind of a scientist and the heart of a musician. Influenced by years spent photographing world-class musicians and ballet dancers, Sue’s work balances composition, movement, and emotional timing.

Sue lives in New York City and New Haven, CT. She travels worldwide for photographic work. She enjoys an abundance of hobbies including playing chamber music, drawing and painting, yarn arts, video and board games, and watching documentaries.
